Development Plan
The existing lot is bound by Alberta Road to the south and Hemlock Drive to the north. As part of this development, it will be subdivided to allow for the retention of Curio House (outlined in red), accessed from Alberta Road. A new driveway will be built on Hemlock Drive, providing access to the north portion of lot. A parcel of land on the north part of the site (outlined in yellow) will be dedicated to the City of Richmond in order to complete Hemlock Drive. The area outlined in blue will be the site of the new development.
